Today's Recipe: Italian Pasta with Artichoke & Mushrooms

Italian Pasta with Artichoke and Mushrooms

Ingredients:
1 pack. Pasta (Linguini or Spaghetti)
20 Cut Cremini Mushrooms
1/2 Chopped Onion
1/2 cup. Chopped Parsley
3/4 cup. Marsala wine (white)
4-5 Artichokes Hearts thawed
250ml Heavy cream
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:
For the pasta- Boil water with salt, olive oil and a small piece of onion. Cook for 10-12 min. Drain the pasta and add some olive oil to avoid stickiness.

In a skillet add Olive Oil and the onions until they are golden brown. Then incorporate the Cremini Mushrooms and some salt and pepper. Add the marsala wine, artichokes, the pasta and heavy cream. Let it sit for 5-10 min until the sauce is more thick and consistent. Serve in a plate immediately and add the parmesan cheese and some chopped parsley. Bon Appetit!

Ingredientes:
1 paq. Pasta (Linguini o Spaghetti)
20 ChampiƱones Cremini cortados
1/2 Cebolla picada
1/2 tza. Perejil
3/4 tza. Vino Marsala
4-5 Corazones de Alcachofas cortadas
250 ml. Crema Lyncott
Queso Parmesano rallado
Sal y Pimienta
Aceite de Oliva extra virgen

Direcciones:
Para la pasta- Cocer en agua hirviendo con sal, aceite de oliva y un trozo de cebolla durante 10-12 min. Colar la pasta y agregar aceite de oliva para evitar que se pegue.

En un sarten agregar aceite de oliva y acitronar la cebolla. Incorporar los champiƱones, sal y pimienta al gusto. Agregar el vino marsala, las alcachofas, la pasta y la crema lyncott. Dejar un rato hasta que la salsa este mas consistente y gruesa. Servir en un plato de inmediato y agregar el queso rallado y el perejil. Bon Appetit!
